How long does the warranty last?

All our products have a 3-year warranty starting from the installation date (2 years guaranteed by law + a 12-month Patrolline extension ). As per these terms, the products will be replaced.

I already have an alarm on my vehicle, do I need another one?

Your dealer will probably have installed an audible alarm on your vehicle. With us, you can add PatrolSat, a self-managed satellite locator, able to transform a common acoustic alarm into a satellite alarm device that completes the protection of your vehicle.

How long does the alarm last?

Unlike our competitors, Patrolline systems do not require maintenance. Once installed, they will remain on your vehicle for the entire duration of its use.

What certifications do you have?

Patrolline is an Italian-based company operating Albavilla (CO). It therefore has European CE certifications and product approvals. Furthermore, our production cycle follows the ISO 9000:2015 directives.

What do I do if there are no Patrolline dealers in my area?

You can purchase anti-theft devices on our e-commerce website and have it installed by a dealer closest to you.
